• Julian: Ideally everything would be bilingual, but personally, I'm not very good at written Chinese (although oral is fine).  Not sure if bilingual is too much of an administrative overhead though.
  Julian：最理想的是，一切都是双语的。但我个人不是十分擅长书面中文（尽管口语还可以）。但是不能确定，双语是否会带来很多的管理费用。
• William: I think there will always be some people who act as bridges in the community. 
  William：我想经常需要一些人在团体当中扮演语言沟通的角色。  

• Administration.  Should we a) Vote on everything, b) Appoint officers and vote on key issues, c) Vote for officers and their "agenda", d) Vote for a president who builds his own team to implement a vision?

管理。我们应该采取下列哪种（些）方式来进行管理？1）对一切事务进行表决；2）委任管理人员，仅对重大事务进行表决；3）对选择管理人员及其“施政纲领”进行表决；或/和4）投票选择主席，由其组建团队来实现目标。 

• Julian:  To begin with, I think we should vote on everything until we have built a space that most members are happy with.
  Julian：刚开始，我认为我们应对一切事务进行表决，直到我们建立了一个大多数会员都满意的Hackerspace。
• William: Members vote. We should keep admin task as simple as possible. Monthy fees should be collected electronically and displayed for all other members to see.
  William：会员表决。我们应使管理任务越简单越好。应采用电子方式收取月费，并向其他会员公示。 
• Michelle: I prefer A, but no need to convene meetings for this purpose. Online voting for all members will do. Michelle: 我喜歡A，但沒有必要為此目的召開會議。讓會員在網上投票也可以。 

• Rules / monitoring / policing.  Should we have rules?  How do we enforce them?

规则/监督/管制。我们应该设立规则吗？我们该如何执行这些规则？ 

• Julian:  I think we should have a basic (minimal) set of rules to begin with, and we gradually add to them as we need to.  I'd imagine that the key is to get the community to resolve their own differences, and to bring in the officers only as needed.
  Julian：我想我们应在刚开始设立一套基本（最低限度的）规则，在需要的时候逐渐进行补充。我想最关键的是让团体来解决他们自己的分歧，只有在需要的时候才引入管理人员。
• William: The key is to have the community self govern. We should also only solve problems when there is actually a problem.
  William：关键在于让团体自治。我们只有在问题实际出现的时候才应去解决问题。
