The science behind "good" coffee

Description:
- Understand the processes involved in, and the science behind brewing coffee.
- Explore the factors that impact the taste of coffee, such as grind size, water temperature and brew time.
- Experiment with the different factors, rinse and repeat!
- Workshop will be conducted using the simplest of methods - the hand pour, but participants are welcome to bring alternative brewing methods to try.
Duration:
- About 30 minutes presentation
- 1 hour experiment
