Understand the processes involved in, and the science behind brewing coffee.
Explore the factors that impact the taste of coffee, such as grind size, water temperature and brew time.
Experiment with the different factors, rinse and repeat!
Workshop will be conducted using the simplest of methods - the hand pour, but participants are welcome to bring alternative brewing methods to try.
